Each year, approximately 150 companies and countless private individuals find great service at Laserfab's facilities in Puyallup and Moses Lake, WA. Just as many others, Laserfab's customers realized significantly lower business levels during the recession of the past few years. In the fourth quarter of 2009, Laserfab began seeing a rebound. The next year continued to show improvements as Laserfab's customer base regained a status of good health. With the 2011 economy showing more promise of strength and stability, Laserfab is adding to and aligning its infrastructure to best support its wide base of customers. The most notable of changes comes in the form of a new plant in Redmond, WA.

Laserfab's new facility will initially absorb much of the jobs produced for Genie Industries in Redmond. In turn, this will bring relief to the schedule at our Puyallup facility. Many of Laserfab's north-end customers will continue to be served through our Puyallup location until the Redmond staff, equipment, and processes are brought up to full speed. Currently a laser and a brake are being installed, so Redmond has most of the same fabrication capabilities as our Puyallup and Moses Lake facilities.

WIth maturation more equipment and personnel will be added, thereby boosting capacity. Laserfab's Redmond plant will be positioned well to take on work belonging to our existing customers in the surrounding areas such as Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, and Woodinville. The building has plenty of space for us to grow into, so the possibilities aren't limited.
